Why don’t we use PayPal?
We have been asked a number of times why we no longer accept PayPal payments. Unfortunately due to PayPal rules and regulations, they have decided that they will NOT take payments for some products. This is unfortunate, but beyond our control, and as such they removed our PayPal account.
Who do we use for our card processing?
We use a card processing company called Viva Wallets.
Viva Wallets payment gateway is simple to use. You will be directed to a payment screen, and once the details are in and processed, redirected back to our site.
Known Processing Issues
We have come across 2 minor issues that may occur.
The first relates to disconnection before completion. In this instance if for any reason you have entered your card details and the payment has processed, but you have lost connection on the device you are using (bad mobile signal, dead battery etc), please contact us as your order may not have come through on our online system. You will know if this has happened as you won’t receive an order confirmation email.
The second issue is regarding autofill details. Viva Wallet will on occasion not be able to process the order if the details have been autofilled by the computer. This is a security feature within their processing system. If this happens, simply input all your details manually and that will resolve any issues.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
1 The following steps are required to order a Product or Service from any of our online stores and create a contract between you and us:
(i) You place the order for your products on the Online Store by clicking the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. Please note that your order is only a request for Products and will not constitute a contract until is handled and accepted by us.
(ii) You will receive an order acknowledgement message and email detailing the products you have ordered. This confirms we have received your request but is not confirmation or an order acceptance from us.
(iii) Once your order has been processed and your Product is ready to be shipped from our warehouse we will send you a notice of dispatch by email. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract for the purchase of the Products takes place on the dispatch of the Products to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the cancellation process. The Terms of your contract will be stored by us and you will receive a copy to the email address provided when placing your order. Please, note your Order number and date for the future references.
(iv) Your credit or debit card will be charged after your order is processed for dispatch and delivered.
(v) Once an order has been processed for dispatch we can no longer stop it or make any changes. If you do change your mind about your order after submitting your order, please await arrival and simply return the Products to us in accordance with the returns process.
2.2 We may not accept orders for any of the following reasons:
(i) The product you ordered is not available in our warehouse
(ii) We have not been able to obtain authorisation for your payment
(iii) There has been an obvious pricing or product description error
(iv) Where there has been a breach of any of our Terms of Sale or other applicable terms
2.3 Contracts may be concluded with us in the language(s) displayed in our site.
